Acceptance of terms

By using artisanplaybook.dev (the "site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is operated by AG Dev Lab, Dehradun, India ("we", "us").

Use of the site

You may read and use the site for your own learning and work. You agree not to:

• copy, republish, redistribute or resell our articles or ebooks without permission;
• share, publicly post or resell purchased ebook files;
• use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download site content;
• interfere with the site's security or normal operation.

Free articles

Articles are free to read and are provided for informational and educational purposes. They are not professional advice, and we don't guarantee they are error-free or suitable for your specific situation. Test anything before using it in production.

Ebook purchases

Merchant of record

Ebooks are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Gumroad processes your payment, charges and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt, delivers your files, and processes refunds. Gumroad's terms apply to your purchase alongside these terms.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated by Gumroad at checkout. We may change prices or run discounts at any time; a price change doesn't affect purchases already made.

Delivery

After payment, Gumroad emails you a receipt with a link to download your files. You can also access them from your Gumroad library. If you don't receive them, check your spam folder, then contact us.

License

When you buy an ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and keep it on your own devices. One purchase covers one person. For a team or company license, contact us.

You may not share, redistribute, resell or publicly post the ebook files or any download links.

Code examples

You may use the code examples from our articles, ebooks and any companion code repository in your own projects, including commercial and client work. You may not republish the examples as a tutorial, course, book or collection, or redistribute the companion repository itself.

Updates

We may release updated versions of an ebook (for example, for a new Laravel release). Whether an update is free to existing buyers is stated on the ebook's page.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. The conditions, and how to request one, are set out in the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All articles, ebooks, graphics and site design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying an ebook gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the content.

"Laravel" is a trademark of Laravel Holdings Inc. This site is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the Laravel project.

Newsletter and waitlist

If you subscribe to the newsletter or join a waitlist, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Disclaimer

The site and its content, including ebooks and code examples, are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that content is accurate, complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or downtime, arising from your use of the site, its content or any code examples. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, except where the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim locally.
