Refund window

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

If an ebook isn't what you expected, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, for example if the files or download links have been shared publicly, or after repeated purchase-and-refund requests.

How to request a refund

Email hello@artisanplaybook.dev from the address you used at checkout. Include the order number from your Gumroad receipt if you have it, which helps us find your purchase faster.

We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.

Once a refund is issued, your access to the ebook files through Gumroad may be removed.

Technical problems

If you can't download or open your files, contact us before requesting a refund. We'll usually fix it quickly.

Please contact us before disputing a charge

If something is wrong with your purchase, email us first. A refund from us is faster than a card dispute or chargeback, and it reaches you the same way.

Who processes your payment

Gumroad is the merchant of record for every purchase on this site. Gumroad processes your payment, charges and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt, and processes refunds. Gumroad's terms apply to your purchase alongside ours.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
